These machines are impressive.
the video is so chaotic, I thought I had a seizure and didn't understand wtf he was talking about
I need a hinge cut from one monolithic block of metal, no welds or seems. Can you do it?
98% ice 2% drink
I was given an awesome sample steel part at a trade show that was wire edm cut and it was a Mitsubishi 3 diamond logo on one end and the letters EDM on the other it was so cool to see the transition from one side to the other it was about 3.5 inches long.
By the hair on it's chin ... when i use an old blade to shave YO !💥💥💥
I get the same look from my operators.
Love these videos!!!
hi
Existential crisis! This is how the duality of quantum physics roll. Imagine... When God explains how universe works and the angels were like....
I've watched several videos from this channel, and they never finish anything. Waste of time.
Well, i guessed based on density n rigidity... which I guess are two of the biggest factors in machining anyways. If it don't wanna move, it probably won't
There is no way that was cut from the same billet. I don't care if your blade was the thickness of a human hair, when you placed them back together there would be a gap that you could see with the human eye. This was done from two separate billets.
I have drilled .039 hikes 2.5 inches and .025 holes 1.1 inch . Larger holes no problem . Tornos ughh the leader in the industry is Star Citizen and Tsugami. There is no service for tornos and I would never own one . I have owned 40 of the others .
one of these things is 100x more than the others
Just learning the Hauss machine now I’m already good at solidworks but it’s fun to program with Mastercam and using the machine
I hope you will keep on doing this kind of events in the future, I would love to come to one... But I'm from Europa...
the metal is screaming
I'm a mill guy currently running a gantry mill, yet I'm more interested in the capabilities of this compared to any other machine. Can't wait for more.
And CNC is now just getting good, the world over. Amazing.
Hold it, so it doesn't shake... Genius? Okay
The engineering and decision making to make a machine like this is amazing. i definitely look forward to seeing what we can make with AI assisting the process
I knew Barry could machine without chatter lines!
Years ago, my boss put the wrong numbers in, and the treadmill that size cut 75% of the circle and right out of the side of the part without breaking. 😂
No, tools do not last a long time.😂 UNLESS you’re buying Kenimetal, other than that you want to be careful to not break a tool and scrap the entire part.
Алюминий можно проточить даже залупой
So whatever the tolerance is or how they achieved it, it is still pretty damn cool to see the results. Cheers 🥂
do you sell 3d printers?
We can help you through that process depending on what you are looking for, but we don’t sell them directly. If you’d like, reach out to me via email trevor@titansofcnc.com and let me know what you are looking for, we will help you out!
Big Swiss 🧀.
This vid made me feel appreciation to engineers and who invented the CNC, it's amazing indeed.
How do you judge when an endmill needs replacement?
"I don't know what his saying but imma act like i do" Dawg
Dang. I wish I could go!
Wish to work with you one day
i have a Wire EDM set up ... totaly dont use it for nonpatition/work related cuts
YOU DONT EVEN NEED TO SEAL IT THE TWO PIECES ARE MADE TO THE MAX OF NO TOLERANCE. AMAZING TO SEE TWO SEPERATE PIECES FITTED SO WELL THAT YOU NOT WAS ABLE TO SEE WHERE THEY TUCHED EACH OTHER, THAT'S PERFEKTION AT IT'S BEST. ♥️🇩🇰K.H.C.🇩🇰.
It’s a bro-oche!
Why they are talking like, bunch of morons watching them, and act stupid.. We are nit watching you all the stupid stuff or your baby talk.. Hiw about try to talk normal and act normal.. We are only interested in machines and topic of the day.. Rest us irrelevat and waste of time.. Time is valuable, use it wisely.. Thank you
Beautiful
No chatters no problems mind blowing technology
The nighttime video is actually pretty cool
More puppy!
100% Full send it!!! Time to do some sketchy shit Duda Duda!!!
Looking at the pieces cut with EDM is gobsmaking! It's like voodoo that it can achieve such infinitesimally tiny yet precise tolerances. Even learning that these two pieces fitting together without perceptible air gaps were cut from different blocks doesn't make it any less magical. Now you're telling me that instead of one cut dividing a single block in two, it's actually two cuts _in totally separate blocks_ which are now fitting together like bizarre gauge blocks. Some pieces are so close fitting I reckon you couldn't put them into vacuum or they'd weld themselves back together...
Pin Head somewhere rubbing hands together
i got less than nothing from this video
Why no coolant?
I wiIl push a tool as fast as is recommended/calculated faster feeds can actually improve tool life. But push it to the max when an F up isn't an option? Nope.
2 objects containing mass cannot occupy the same space at the same time. I don't think you'd be able to get Enough Clearance to move it by hand and dissappear when fully inserted.
Video is not long enough please release a longer version
